We service Georgetown county beaches including; Garden City, Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island, and Debordieu

Setup is done by 10 a.m., Pickup begins at 5 p.m.

All Tents/Umbrellas have a reserved tag attached with the family name as well as our business information for easy identification.

On the first day we send a picture of your setup so that you know exactly where it is and what it looks like.

During times of high volume we do get overbooked and stop accepting orders

It is recommended to make reservations about two weeks prior to start date

Same-day orders are taken depending on availability

Rain, Wind, or shine we will make every effort to set up.

The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. So, we have to adjust accordingly.

Severe weather conditions can result in setup delays, early pick-ups, chair & cooler only days, or even full-day cancellations

We will notify you via text if there is inclement weather that affects your reservation.

During the summer season thunderstorms can appear almost out of thin air bringing heavy winds, rain, and lightning. In the event of dangerous weather during use, we ask that you please leave all equipment.

Tips are always appreciated and never expected. We believe that you should only tip if you feel its deserved and genuinely want to.

Please don't feel pressured or obligated because of how crazy tipping culture has become.

If you're interested in leaving a tip, you can call and leave one over the phone and it will be sent to the team member who handled your canopy or split among the team if it was more than one.

If you're looking to leave a cash tip, please don't leave it out in the open!

We recommend either handing it directly to a team member or leaving it in a Ziplock bag in the cooler where it's out of sight.

You may call to cancel up to 24 hours before your start date for a full refund, minus processing fees. However, once a booking has commenced, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations beyond the first day.

Our pricing does account for weather interruptions, which means that we do not offer refunds or partial refunds in the event of such occurrences.
